By supporting this project, you will be investing in the growth and development of six to ten organizations serving the vulnerable and suffering in our communities. You will be directly investing in and supporting leaders who pour themselves out on behalf of others.Project Overview
Organizations rise and fall on leadership. Yet, many smaller ministries struggle to prioritize the investment in formal leadership development. This is not because they don’t recognize the value. Rather, it simply feels out of reach. As the Matthew 25 Initiative desires to be a catalyst for newer and smaller ministries, we desire to bridge that gap and offer leadership coaching scholarships to qualified leaders. Imagine the impact of helping to build healthy organizational cultures and speed the growth cycle for minimal investment.
In partnership with Ripple Effects Coaching, we plan to pilot a nine-month leadership coaching and organizational development program for six to ten qualified ministry practitioner leaders. These leaders would participate in twice monthly leadership calls as a cohort, receive industry leading content from GiANT Worldwide, engage on ministry development topics, and have direct access to a certified leadership coach(s) and mentor(s).
Project Impact
The reality is clear - when a leader gets better, everyone wins. By providing access to seasoned leadership coaching and world-class nonprofit mentors, these organizations will be primed to achieve accelerated growth. Stronger, better equipped, leaders result in higher achievement of organizational goals, higher revenue, and increased missional impact.
